The central library in downtown Victoria has an 'inner courtyard' access to the entrance. It's closed in from above by a glass canopy, but open on 2 sides. It serves as a shortcut between 2 perpendicular streets. The acoustics are great. Often buskers perform here and of course it's a welcome shelter for the homeless. This sculpture is in the centre of the coutryard and rises to the glass roof. It's a really good hiding place for Waldo. :)
